Cooking Class Description: The essential dish of Spain, paella is a feast for all the senses—from the signature saffron color to its heavenly scent and incredible flavor. In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to the Spanish ingredients that make paella so uniquely delicious. We’ll show you how to prepare the sofrito and share secrets for ensuring perfectly cooked rice every time. We’ll round up the meal with a salad and dessert.
Alcohol is available for purchase.
Classes are 2 – 3 hours.
Students work in groups of 4 & class size is limited to 24 students.
After each class, students will sit together and enjoy the amazing meal you made in class, so come with your appetite!
