Cooking Class Description: Moroccan food is one of the most diversified types of cuisine in the world. A result of centuries-long interaction with other cultures, the cuisine of Morocco is a mix of Spanish, French, Middle Eastern and African cuisines. In this class, you’ll learn to make a Chicken tagine – a traditional Moroccan dish of chicken braised with spices and preserved lemons, a company-worthy dish. We’ll round up the meal with a decadent African date ice cream.
Alcohol is available for purchase.
Classes are 2 – 3 hours.
Students work in groups of 4 & class size is limited to 24 students.
After each class, students will sit together and enjoy the amazing meal you made in class, so come with your appetite!
