Cooking Class Description: The rich flavors and spices in Indian cuisine resonate with thousands of years of culture within every dish. Meals are a delicate balance of flavors, temperature, textures and colors, and dishes are designed to stimulate and satisfy diners’ senses. Join us to learn Indian classics and techniques, such as how to achieve a perfectly crispy exterior on fresh samosa, prepare an authentic butter chicken and learn the essentials to making traditional biryani. You’ll never want to order take out after you master this delicious menu.
Alcohol is available for purchase.
Classes are 2 – 3 hours.
Students work in groups of 4 & class size is limited to 24 students.
After each class, students will sit together and enjoy the amazing meal you made in class, so come with your appetite!
