Skip the fancy restaurant scene and create your own romantic French dinner for two. In this class, you’ll learn techniques for creating the perfect steak with a cognac pepper sauce, and creating the most delicious French onion soup. And for an unforgettable Date Night experience, we break out the blow torch for everybody’s favorite French crème brûlée.
Alcohol is available for purchase.
Classes are 2 – 3 hours.
Students work in groups of 4 & class size is limited to 24 students.
After each class, students will sit together and enjoy the amazing meal you made in class, so come with your appetite!
